JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns via various communication channels such as social media activities, direct mail, advertising, flyers, signages
  • Using the full marketing mix for the company’s marketing communications  Copywriting for all marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails and websites.
  • Understanding the product and customer profile and do content generation for products and services
  • Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
  • Producing an accurate summary of total spend at the end of a marketing campaign.
  • Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
  • Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion.
  • Maintain our corporate website’s contents, images, and SEO/website traffic data, etc.
  • Assist to monitor marketing budgets and ensure budgets are being maintained.
  • Seeking the most cost effective and creative ways to reach target markets.
  • Responsible for overseeing special event planning and execution, etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in Real Estate/ Marketing.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in related field.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative and possess positive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to use spreadsheets to analyse data and spot trends.
  • Proficient in photoshop would be an advantage
  • Degree in Marketing would be an advantage
  • Strong project management/organisational skills.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation.
