  • Job Responsibilities:
     In charge of all salesperson’s CEA application and resignation matters
     In charge of forms for salespersons real estate related business
     Manage registration and renewal of real estate salespersons’ licenses
     Onboarding and offboarding of real estate agents
     Assisting with business cards, EA cards
     Submit E-stamping for agents
     Assist in the setting up and co-ordination of agency events
     In-charge of the customer service counters and plans, execute and assist on events
    on a company level
     Liaising with suppliers
     Collection of daily sales payments
     Handle account enquiries for incoming payments
     Broadcasting & Blasting of Message
     Assist Project & Training Department in Training coordination (e.g room booking,
    booking of courses, etc)
     Any other ad-hoc

Requirements

  • Minimum “O” Level and above
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service and administrative experience
  • Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational ability and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Independent, hardworking and responsible
  • Able to multi-tasking
  • Able to start work immediate basis or within short notice
