Job Responsibilities

  • Handle phone calls
  • Daily Sales Closing
  • Daily Letters to Collect
  • Daily Letters to Mail out
  • Make sure all desk computer are turned on by 930am
  • E-Stamping
  • Bio-Metric System (Entrance)
  • Bio-Metric System (Folding Machine Door)
  • Y-Soft Printing Credits (New Salesperson)
  • Y-Soft Printing Credits (Monthly Top Up)
  • Assisting Agent Enquiry in Office Equipment or Transaction Submission
  • Transactions
  • Duties and Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum “O” Level and above
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service and administrative experience
  • Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational ability and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Independent, hardworking and responsible
  • Able to multi-tasking
  • Able to start work immediate basis or within short notice
