Description

Maintain accounting functions and ensure the effectiveness of the workflow.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer & maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents.
  • Assist to prepare GIRO and cheque payments
  • Handle partial of accounts
  • Any other adhoc accounting duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • At least 1 year relevant work experiences
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice
