Maintain accounting functions and ensure the effectiveness of the workflow.
- Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer & maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents.
- Assist to prepare GIRO and cheque payments
- Handle partial of accounts
- Any other adhoc accounting duties as assigned
- Possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office
- At least 1 year relevant work experiences
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice
